Sensible words about our increasingly shrill and senseless culture and politics. Our gray world, I think, is not happy about the black and white commentary that the excessive and instantaneous “news” outlets spew 24 hours a day. Thanks for keeping me on my toes, Angela. It is, indeed, “shrill and senseless.” The naysayers are talking so loud AT everybody else, that they’re just not getting the message. I think your average American citizen is fed up with the endless muckracking an uninformed boliviating. I watch Moyers often but hadn’t seen this. Thanks.
